I have made them before with the Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut that everyone flies off the handle about and as extraordinary as that stuff seems to be, as in our Frozen Coconut Limeade, it wasn't extremely fitting for a Virgin Pina Colada. It's excessively sweet.
